My husband and I were introduced to Cavaliers in 2001, while searching for the perfect dog to add to our family. Everything we read about the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel seemed too good to be true. Much to our delight, they were true, and we found the cavalier to be a perfect fit with our family.
In early 2002, Buddy joined the family and we began working at handling classes together, in our home area of metropolitan Phoenix, Arizona, having a lot of fun along the way.
Buddy took his first win on his second weekend of showing, and quickly gained his championship in only six months, with four major wins -- owner handled all the way!
It was the beginning a very fun journey, indeed! We have high hopes for the future with the lovely dogs entrusted to us by caring breeders.
We have since helped to form and are active in the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Club of Central Arizona. Eileen is currently serving as a director, having first served as the Club's President, Vice-President, and Secretary. We are proud of the accomplishments of this club and the contributions it has made to the betterment of the breed in Arizona by hosting health clinics, heart symposiums, AKC events, and providing educational information to breeders, club members, and the public at large. Recently, Eileen enjoyed the opportunity to serve as the 2013 National Show Chair for the American Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Club, the AKC parent club for the breed.
We anticipate breeding to produce our next show prospect, but will occasionally have puppies available to responsible and loving homes. If you are looking for a cavalier, feel free to contact us. We love to "talk cavaliers" and are always happy to refer you to a responsible and caring breeder in your area.
